Gold suscription deactivation

Hello,

I bought MediaMonkey Gold just a few days ago. I entered the registration code and it worked fine.

Today, when I have started MediaMonkey and I have tried to configure the auto-conversion feature, the program acts like if I didn't have entered the registration code and prompts the "Username/License Ley" screen. (which works fine if I enter my code).

This sounds like MMW settings are either not saved or cleared by some system cleaner. Try to Run MMW as Administrator and then register.
