Lyric Search has problem with ´ and '

Not sure if this more a bug report or a feature request...

When I search for lyrics in MMW I find that I very often get no result when the song title contains a "´", like in "don´t". When I change the the title to "don't" then I very often do get lyrics (I first have to close the property window and thereby save my changes, then open properties again).

Is it possible to change the search so that ` and ' get the same results?

BTW: I use 4.1.18.1844
