There is a small issue when pasting information into fields that support autocompletion like Album, Artist and Album Artist. These fields use the history of things already entered into the database to auto complete what you are typing into the field. Here is a scenario to demonstrate a problem with the autocomplete function.

• The album field contains the album name but it is all in lower case.
• You have copied the correctly formatted album name to the clipboard.
• You paste the correctly formated album name into the field.
• Autocomplete immediately puts it back to all lowercase.
• You are forced to edit the field by hand to get it to accept the upper case characters.

This behaviour often catches me out and it is not what is expected when you paste information into a field.

I subscribe to a particular podcast that publishes all its metadata in caps. Correcting the Artist then copy and pasting into Album Artist produces this behaviour.
