This was with MMW 4.11.1783. Don't want to try to recreate it, until I know there's a way to recover. I can load the newest build or a debug build, but prefereably after the library is un-corrupted again.
(Don't try this on a library you care about)
1. Select a top-level playlist. Mine was an autoplaylist with no subnodes.
2. Copy it
3. Paste it. This places the new copy under the original parent.
4. Paste again, placing a new copy under the just-created child.
This should have created a three-level heirarchy of playlists, but it created a seemingly infinite nesting, probably due to a circular reference. The UI just keeps drawing a new child node each time I expand the lowest one in the tree.
Trying to delete one of the nodes results in a sequence of database locked errors. Other actions cause MMW to not respond. The app works fine if I don't touch that node.
So, I guess I'll have to go into the db manually to remove the playlist, unless you guys have a better fix.
(If you want to know why I did this, I actually have a reason.
Thanks!

Actually you should test it as in 4.1.14 we improved handling of Auto-Playlists

Re: How to create an infintely nested playlist
Well, if there is reason to think that the latest version may not have the issue, I'll test it.

Hi,
You can always install MMW as portable to test and be sure nothing can happen to be with current library.
