Installing Mediamonkey 4.1.10 (after skipping 4.1.9) caused a couple of issues on my Windows 8.1 (64b) machine. One is the overlapping minimize button that's been reported elsewhere. The other, more annoying issue is that all my settings for standard external USB devices default whenever I plug them in.
A downgrade to 4.1.9 didn't solve the minimize-button issue, but a downgrade to MM 4.1.8 solved both problems for me.
Hopefully, they will be addressed and solved in future versions.
