Startup banner appears and then......

When I launch MM from my desktop shortcut icon the mm banner appears and then ... crickets. So, I went to the program file and attempted to launch it from there and .... crickets.

I then uninstall and then reinstall, and then restarted my WIN 10 system and again.... crickets.

I installed the debug program and it caught something.... any assistance in resolving the issue would be greatly appreciated.
