MM portable, Win 7.
1 On Auto sync, include 302 library playlists referencing 6.9Gb of tracks, to a 7.4Gb device.
2 Check "To Sync:"
Expected: ~6.9Gb
Observed: 30.8Mb http://i.imgur.com/NpJJBE2.png
EDIT: Also sometimes observed is 0Gb, so ISTM MM has a problem with determining the playlist storage requirement.
3 Click Auto Sync
Observed: corrupt sync due to device overcapacity.
