1692 Welcome windows fails to respect Windows theme

1 Install MediaMonkey_4.1.0.1692.exe selecting Portable and UNcheckmarking 'Enable full skinning (override Windows System theme)', and retaining '[x] Launch MediaMonkey'
2 See Welcome window, cancel, See main window.

Expected: system theme
Observed: some reversed-colour custom theme - 'full skinning' presumably.

Workaround: exit, browse to program folder, launch MediaMonkey (non-skinned).exe.
