mm Runtime Error

This has been an issue since I updated to v4.1.

os win7 sp1



I used to leave the older version of mm running permanently closed to tray other than when I was using it. This would run happily for months without ever turning the computer off.

Now the application can't run for more than a few hours without getting this:



Any ideas?

Capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and send the log to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=69 so the developers can look into why this happens for you.

Okay, done and reported.

Well, reported three crashes via the form but received no response so far.

However, I've now uninstalled/reinstalled mm which seems to have fixed the issue. I'll keep you informed.

To get a response you'll need to open a support ticket with your debug log.
