There are various audio playlists in which I am unable to hide the Series/Title column, which (I think) is intended for viewing video files.
It appears in playlists when the View As = Music, and disappears when View As = Entire Library (for autoplaylists, replace 'View As' with 'Search').
This is definitely a bug as Music files do not have a Series.

How many blooming glaring bugs are there in this version of MM?!?! This is becoming quite frustrating, it seems to be getting worse with progressive releases!
Unable to hide Series/Title column in certain playlists

Does the Series column show in the Music Collection?
What I did was:
- Go to AutoPlaylist set as Entire Library
- Added Series Column
- Go to Entire Library, Series Column shows
- Remove Series Column
- Go to AutoPlaylist, Series Column no longer shows
- Change to Music
- Addded Series Column
- Go to Music, Series Column shows
- Go to AutoPlaylist
- Remove Series Column
- Check both Music and AutoPlaylist and Series Column no longer shows
How are you unable to remove, does right clicking on column headers and deselecting Series in the Playlist have no effect?

Re: Unable to hide Series/Title column in certain playlists
Yes, the Series/Title column is permanently displayed in the Music collection - it is greyed out, so I can't remove it.
I've just realised that in the Video collection it is not displayed, and the option to hide/remove the column is still greyed out, so I can't show it.
Anyone else able to replicate this??

What if you edit the columns in the Collection (File > Manage Collections)?

Re: Unable to hide Series/Title column in certain playlists
That gets rid of the column in the Music node, as it should, but not in the Playlists.
In the Video node it can be enabled, but it displays the same information as Summary (Art View), which it shouldn't.
Something seriously wrong here - can you not replicate it?

No, I can't. Did you setup Tree and Columns sharing in Collections? Once disabled in the Collection can you disable in the Playlist (right click columns)?

Nope, no column/tree sharing enabled.

Re: Unable to hide Series/Title column in certain playlists
I had the same problem. Here is my solution:
Just right click on the columnes, goto "manage columnes" (maybe? in german it's "Spalten wählen") and there you can remove the selected entrie Series/Titles.
