Freeze on Ctrl+L tag window resize [#6489]

Mark song / album in library, press Ctrl+L to auto-tag, cover image and album data appears, trying to resize the tag window's border - no matter if i try to drag the frame to the right, down or diagonally - after a few pixels of moving, the window / MM freezes.

WIndows 7 Home Premium 32bit, recent service pack and all updates.

That's caused by IE9 in combination with MM3. You'll need MM4.

Great. IE 9 installed only a few days ago.
Hope I can revert to the previous version.

I'm back on IE 8 - thanks again for the fast information.
IE 9 - what a crap! Can't believe ... Wondering what other trouble it would have caused me!

Actually, it's an MM issue. IE9 is quite good, it's a shame there's an incompatibility between it and MM3. Thankfully, MM4 will be available relatively soon and the point will be moot.

Well, I already learned that IE 9 introduced other trouble as fonts rendering blurred etc - and I don't see why an application that had no problems displaying some dialog box should suddenly fail after IE was upgraded if it wasn't the upgrade that introduced a sudden incompatibility. That can hardly be the applications fault then.
