Files timestamp always updated by Properties dialog

I told MM to modify the file's timestamp when i change tags (Options dialog).
But when i open the Properties dialog and navigate through the tracks of an album using the arrow buttons (without modifying any tag), i observe the timestamps (via the related column from the tracks list) are changed.

Would it be possible to avoid updating files timestamp and/or tags if it is not necessary?

Yep next/back in properties is seen as update. This might be hard to change as MM would need to track if you made any changes to any of the tags (quit some to check).
