Resolution Mismatch Windows 8.1

hi

since i've installed windows 8.1 on my notebook i've a strange issue with MM.
if i use me notebook with external monitor and a resolution of 1920x1200 i'm getting all the columns on the screen.
when i use the notebook display with 1920x1080 i only see the half of the columns. (strange)
if i set the resolution to 1600x900 then i see more columns and the letters are smaller. (very strange)

this only happens in MM.

for me this make no sense. if i use a higher resolution the letters should be smaller and i should see more on the screen also in MM.

i also tried with different skins. i three once i tried have the same issue.

any idea?

downgrade of my grafic driver...
