CP 10 install issues NOTREP

When installing the latest Codec Pack with MediaMonkey 1355 (unskinned) I get the following errors:

I'm getting the same
My Setup:
"HFPC" Dell Optiplex 320 (2GB RAM, 3.0 Dual Core 1.5TB HDD) Win7 Ultimate SP1 x86
Musiland Monitor 02 US USB DAC
Nad C356BEE Integrated Amplifier
Custom 2-way loudspeakers

There was accidentally wrong build 1355 (without one fix) uploaded to web. If you have this problem, please download build 1355 again and then install the CP.
