Support for streaming services

Post by HaraldBluetooth1963 »

There is happened a lot in music preferences the last couple of years. Streaming services like Spotify, Rdio, Wimp, Napster, Google Play Music All Access, Deezer, Pandora, Xbox Music and you name it, are becoming increasingly popular.

MediaMonkey is by far my most prefered music player/organizer for local files, but I'm sure streaming services are the future and this will happen sooner, than we thought a few years ago. Some of these streaming services also support local files to be played, but not nearly as good in organizing and file type support. None of them are perfect for this.

I've stumpled over Tomahawk and Clementine Music Players, that are very good in organizing local files and both support for streaming and subscription services via external API's. I know this has been mentioned here before, but supporting streaming services in MediaMonkey would be a killer feature.
