Video on MM

Hello MM Team,

if possible could you add an option for the Video part of MM where you can select
Video on Top: (with on top I mean on top of all other applications running)
- While Playing
- Always
- Never

I'm trying to use MM more and more also for my Movies but it is still difficult, as I can't just have a video playing while working on some other things next to it as MM always goes into the background when another application is opened. The same goes when I get for example a message from a messenger and such, it will just jump on top of the Video I'm watching. Hence why it would be great to have just an option like the above, maybe by right-clicking on the Video or selectable under the View Menu.

EDIT: I would also like to see some more Options when viewing DVD's, unless I can't find them, there is no option to jump to root, or title menu, switch subtitles or audio, and when I click on fast forward, it always jumps to the beginning of the movie, and not fast forward or at least to the next chapter. Just some more standard DVD options.
