Right BPM is there. Sorry. Was really only concerned with InitialKey but must've been a little too into my cups yesterday. Glad to hear we'll have it "some day".

I use MixedInKey and have the energy level located in Grouping which I also use for subgenre. (MiK lets you strip out the term Energy). I used a custom field for InitialKey so I can run queries for a Key and energy along with a tags like Breaks, Funk, etc. https://imgur.com/a/XTN81

Wouldn't it be possible to add this feature to an existing version with an update patch? I mean we're talking about allowing users to edit a single tag. Is that really a complicated change?

I know that Media Monkey 5 will have it but I have no idea how far off that is. I actually downloaded the developer release of Media Monkey 5 purely so I could use this feature but it's currently too unstable to use for a lot of tagging without it crashing. I just want to be able to edit that one tag in my music library without having to find a completely different program to do it.

Hi,
Current MM 4.x do not have capability to make patch as Database is no prepared for that field unfortunately.

What version of MM5 you downloaded, I tested on 4k of tracks and had no issues. I use MixedInKey to tag files anyway and MM5 to read it.
