Playlist Arranging + bug [#16323]

I've been wanting to say for a while, there should be a way to "move to top" for a selection of songs, or drag songs faster. I have a very large playlist that I add songs to and want them at the top, but I have to highlight the selection and drag them to the top, which goes very slowly.

Now for the bug... I sorted the playlist by name to look for a duplicate, and ended up quickly sorting ascending/descending, then by the playlist "#" back and forth a few times, and it ended up irrevocably changing the actual order of my playlist (the "#") to be in alphabetical order. So now my entire playlist has been completely jumbled up. Being over 1300 songs, it's going to be easier to recreate the entire thing than fix each individual item's ordered number.
