Possible to move bottom panel to top?

I know this kind of thing is completely personal preference but is it possible to allow the user to move the 'now playing' panel from the bottom of the screen to the top? In MM4 I'd gotten so used to having this at the top of the screen because you could drag stuff around.

In main menu click on View->Configure Layout and in opened window reorder panels as you need.

I did look at that but it doesn't have a top panel so you can't move the Player panel up to the top. Only panels I see are:

Left Panel
Right Panel
Tracklist Panel
Bottom Panel

Ahh ... i see ... you meant player (now playing is different panel) ... you're right, we have no top dock at the moment. Will add it to my todo.
