2088: odd behavior when deleteing tracks

I was in all tracks list mode. I went down to UFO section and selected a group of tracks and pressed Delete. After OK the tracks were deleted and the list scrolled to The Grateful Dead over halfway back up the list. It should have stayed where I was
Where's the db and ini stored
Reporting Bugs
Where tags are stored
