Error when launching [#13830]

I'm getting the following error after installing MM5 and launching from installer:



I hit "ok", then about 20-30 seconds later I get the following message:



I hit ok, and as of right now (about 2-3 minutes after that), nothing has happened yet. MM is showing up in task manager, but the program hasn't opened or anything, it's just hovering around the same memory usage and appears to be stalled basically.

It just goes through the same cycle unfortunately.

I didn't encounter that one either. A possible memory leak, though.
Do you have much else running. Try closing down as many other processes as possible and reinstall.

I've reproduced on clean Windows 7 ... thanks.

EDIT: Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 is required.

Installing that doesn't help either unfortunately.

217 usually means System conflicts, we will try to locate all problematic parts for next version. We will see then.

loads just fine with the newest alpha
