MM Freezes Pressing Previous Media Button

Alright, so this one is still happening for some reason, and I still can't pinpoint exactly what's causing it, but after having had the computer asleep overnight, I played, paused for a bit, then played again and hit my Previous media button, and MM crashed. Since it froze on the popup telling me about it before I could send the error via internet, here it is:
