Making a random playlist with a certain amopunt of your libr

I have Windows 7 with the WMP 12 which i am very unhappy with (especially the crossfading bug that Microsoft refuses to address) and now have MediaMonkey which is a very good program with a very nice crossfading feature. When i am online, I enjoy playing my library randomly but only want about 100 or so songs on the playlist, not my whole library. WMP 12 has this but can't find it on MediaMonkey. I Know how to add songs for a playlist but just want an automatic thing with a smaller set with a click of the mouse....Any ideas? Thanks
