autoscan with autoplay (internal player) on inserting cd

I managed to add Songs-DB to activate whenever I put in an audio cd (with TweakUI for XP). But the question is:
a: is it possible to do an automatic scan of the cd and add it to the database if it isn't already in there, and
b: make this cd the new playlist nd autoplay it with the internal player.

There is a wizard planned to appear whenever a CD is inserted, which will simplify the process (actually, it should be called rather a task list than a wizard). I think it will do exactly what you need.
