Syncing ratings from phone to pc (star rated tracks)

Is this a normal issue - when I sync my tracks to android, play them on my phone and give a rating (5 stars for example) when I sync back to pc it doesn’t update my library to say these tracks are starred. Please advise as it’s a crucial feature for me. Perhaps I’m doing something wrong.

Did you enable the option to sync meta data from device to PC in the Device Profile (Tools > Options > Portable Device Sync in MMW)?
