I was just on vacation and not near my computer for weeks. I came home and plugged my Android phone into my computer and MediaMonkey recognized it and started to sync. Unfortunately in the middle of the sync, the computer crashed and had to be rebooted. Now it seems that all that data is lost - when I sort by "Last played", nothing at all from the whole vacation shows up. I have tried re-syncing a bunch of times, but nothing doing - all the play counts and dates seem to be before the vacation. Is the data lost? Do you only get one chance to sync? Is there any way to get that data? Can I force another sync, or has the data been deleted? Yes, I have upgraded to the latest version.
If the answer is "the data is lost", then I suggest you alter the code so that data which is being imported only be removed after it's confirmed that it was received and processed correctly. I hate losing a month's worth of listening data and ratings changes.
Thanks.
