batch changing file path

could you please tell me if there is a way to change multiple file paths

for instance if u have 1 artist and u want to change the artist to 1 folder and rename the paths

Have you looked at Tools/Auto-Organize Files? (or ctrl-R). This will allow you to define just about any way you want to move stuff. Select the files you want (all of Wayne Newton) then Ctrl-R and a mask like

y:\Music\<artist>\<filename>

This will move all selected files and move to the Y drive, Music folder with a subforlder for artist (as noted in the track(s) properties) then filename.

Be very careful as it does use info in the meta data so if that is not correct ... Opps ..
