MM error

I have MM 4.0.0.1459. My OS is win 8.1. when i use TOOLS ----> OPTIOS to change skins, MM send this error:

File not found in result
(M:\Sources\MediaMonkey4\MP3Datab\sqLiteDB.pas, line 1629)

What happening ??????

This is an old version, you need to update to 4.1.
