Bluetooth track number incorrect

Scenario: The app on the phone states track 1 of 7, when connected to the car via bluetooth the display on the car states track 2 of 7.
When the track changes to track 2 (2 of 7 on the phone) the car states 3 of 7.
The current track number listed on the car is always 1 greater than the actual track number.
When we get to the last track, so track 7 of 7 on the phone, it states track 8 of 7 on the car. Not quite right.

I'm using a Oneplus 3 running Nougat and it happens with both the latest stable and beta versions of MMA.
