Unable to access "Android" folder in internal storage and SD

Unable to access "Android" folder in internal storage and SD card.

I have an app that automatically downloads audio books to to the "Android" folder in the internal storage of my phone. Media monkey pro doesn't allow me to select this folder to add to my library. In fact the folder doesn't show up for me to even select it. Is there a way to fix this within the media monkey app?
