[SOLVED] Can't access music on SD Card

Hi - After years of no problems, I am completely unable to access the tracks on my SD Card all of a sudden.

I updated the tracks on my media folder (/sdcard/Music), and tried to refresh the database with "Check for new/changed media". No luck, the new tracks were not added.

I tried uninstalling MMA, deleting the /sdcard/Mediamonkey folder, and reinstalling (I was on the beta track). No luck, now library is empty and no tracks can be added. MMA refuses to acknowledge that there are any media files in the /sdcard/Music folder (but I have no problem playing them from other apps).

I tried removing myself from the beta program and reinstalling; still no luck.

Moto Play X (Stock, unrooted, Android 6.0.1)
MediaMonkey Pro 1.2.0.0624 (also tried beta) installed on Internal Memory
SDCard formatted as "Internal" (some apps trip up on this, but MMA previously had no problem)

Any ideas?

Update: After robooting the phone and reinstalling the beta, it has now began to update from the SD Card...
