wrong track number listing

So, recently I have the problem with track number listings, like in this picture e.g. Why is track number 3 in first position? How can this be fixed?!

Which version of MMA, how were files synced to your device and are both Album Artist and Disc# the same for all files on the Album?

The version number is 1.3.1.0751
Tracks were transferred via USB to device.
ID3 Tags are correct.

Just updated to the latest beta, but the problem still occurs, so nothing changed in this case.
Track numbers are correct in the mp3/m4a files.

I can't replicate on any device I own. Can you please send MMA debug log and write down log id here for analyze?

Another annoying thing that happens is that Albums which were recently added disappear for no reason eventhiugh they have been listed already...?!
