Reinstall Won't Recognize Skins

Post by Boobounder »

My employer upgraded. I had to reinstall MediaMonkey 4.1.23.181 from some 4.x.

I reinstalled to the same folder.

My old skins are still there and visible. But the new version won't recognize anything but the default ones.

Suggestions?

Also, I don't just want to reinstall the skins; I had modified a skin with Theme Editor 7 and would like to be able to use that.

Make sure you didn't enable to override skins.

I did not: both checkboxes on the Skins page of the Options dialog were/are unchecked. Still showing just Metro M, Pulse, and Vitreous

Reinstall the skins that aren't showing.

Hi,
Do you still see installed skins in Tools -> Extensions?

1) Lowlander: How do I reinstall skins I modified?

2) Peke: No, I do not see any skins at all in Tools>Extensions

UPDATE: I guess what I'm asking is if I had a skin installed, and then modified it for my purposes with Themeeditor7, how do I reinstall it without an *.MMIP? I have an intact subfolder within my skins folder containing my edited skin that used to work.
