Codec Pack Not Working

Hi,

MM doesn't seem to be recognising my Codecs pack. When I go to rip a CD, the formats AAC, M4A, M4B, MP4 all say 'download' next to them, and produce an error if I try to select them and proceed. The codecs pack shows up under extensions in MM.

I'm running:
Windows 10 Pro
MM Free v 4.1.11.1783
MM codec pack (full) v2.1.2.105

Any advice?

Check if it is installed under Tools > Extensions.

Codec pack Installation was interrupted/incomplete in past, thus download prompt.

Uninstall from Extensions, restart MMW as administrator and then use Add in extension to install it as global not per user.
