paste into ?

Post by linn »

I use MMW for audiobooks.
I use the comment field to paste text into, from a review of the book.
I'd like some way to be able to paste a screenshot into a MM field ,so i can also see the ratings etc.
Any way this would be possible?

No, but you can tag them to a file(s) as artwork. You can have it as either the primary art (usually an album cover) or
secondary, tertiary, etc.. If not primary, you would show it by temporarily changing it to primary from the Art & Details right-click menu
(quick double click to enlarge it).

Unless you just like seeing an image, you could just add "2 stars", "3.5 stars", etc.. to the review text or use the MM star rating field
in addition to the text review. But I'm sure you are already aware of this.

Thanks for the reply; i had actually tried this, assigned the screenshot as 'leaflet'.
It does work, sort off, have to R click, select 'leaflet', R click again, select 'view full size' ; lots of clicks....
quick double click to enlarge it would be better but doesn.t work with me.
Tools/options/player/default D click action only has play or edit actions.
How did you choose this D click action on artwork ?

Yes i have my own ratings as well, but these are given after listening of course.

For quick double click, you should be able to just do it on the pane/over image after you get it to show and are done with menu.
Simply hover mouse arrow over image and double click real quick. After enlarged, you can drag the edges to make larger.

You can also give your own ratings, but I was mainly talking about adding in text (the rating) for what is in the review.

I see, still to many clicks for me.
