Secondary Touch Screen (HTPC case)

I've got a HTPC case with a 7" touchscreen on it and I'm wondering if anyone's come up with a solution for using it to display say album art and a simple "Back/Play/Pause/Forward" touch interface and maybe current track info with a graphic EQ while playing MM? Would this be an extension of skins/visualizations?

I looked through Addons but didn't see anything that popped out as an answer. I'd imagine that something like this would work if formatted for a tablet/phone OS as well.

The screen is supposed to run on Soungraph's iMon/iMedian software but I'm not really a big fan of it so I have not yet installed in on my fresh W8 install.
