cant see playlist

just started using this software and i cant see my playlist. i have an htc one x plus. the application sees my music stored on the phone but not the playlist. can anyone help me out?

i went into the device options > portable/audio devices > htc one_x > Configure > Options > Playlist - and choose the default playlist location were my playlist are stored on my phone

You'll need to add more details as you're in the wrong forum.

Are you unable to see the Playlists in MMW, MMA or a music App on the device? Did you sync using MediaMonkey and did you enable it to sync Playlists? Which versions of MMW and/or MMA do you use?

didnt realize i was in the wrong form. im using mediamonkey ver. 4.07.1511. MM can see my phone and all of my songs but it didn't sync the actual playlist. and yes i enabled mm to sync my playlist within the app. i use the default htc music app to play music on my phone, google play music app can also see the playlist

So MediaMonkey on your PC doesn't see the Playlists on your phone, but the music Apps on the phone do?
