How do I get MM to only scan my SDCard for mp3's?

Guys, I need a bit of help, please.
As I understand it, to get MM to truly sync to my android SDCard, I have to choose "Delete All Other Media Files" in the options for the device synchronization. This works great, when I delete a song on the PC, it will do the same on my device.

Here's my challenge / question:
When i set this, it also looks at other folders on my sdcard, and asks me each time if I want to delete them too. (all the m4v and mp4 files, which are videos, and are not managed by MM)
I'm on 4.1.24.1883

Is there a way to filter all the files out, except mp3 files?
