How do I exclude artwork from being synced?

How do I exclude artwork from being synced?

just takes up a ton of space and increases sync time for me? Anyone?

In the Device Profile (Tools > Options > Portable Device Sync) you can set the maximum size of Artwork allowed to be synced.
