2 android devises one can sync the other not

Hello everybody,

I have a problem and I can find a solution on my own for the moment.

I have to android device : a tablet and a phone.

With the tablet I'm able to sync with wifi (so I dismiss a problem with my firewall) but with my phone I have a message Sync incomplete after checking for new files.

It's a note 9. I'm able to play music with UPnP and I put the same option/configuration between the two device.

After Sync fail can you please send us log file (⋮ -> About MediaMonkey -> Send Logs) ASAP and write log od here so that we can check it out why this happen?
