Playlist not syncing to phone

Windows 10 MM, Android 8.1 MM, phone is a Moto G5 Plus. Newest version of MM. Itunes library on my computer has playlists. MM on Windows sees all of the playlists. When I sync my phone all the music copies but the imported playlists folder on the phone is empty. I have tried syncing a number of times but it won't transfer the playlists.

Are the Playlists selected to be synced? Which version of MMA and MMW are you using and are you doing a USB or wifi sync?

Yes, all my playlists are selected for sync. MMW version is 4.1.21.1875. MMA version is 1.3.2.0824.

Does MMA show the Playlists and are you doing a USB or wifi sync?

What/where is the Imported Playlists folder on your phone?
