Sending to iPhone creates duplicates

I store my music on a media server in mostly FLAC format. The music collection is indexed with Media Monkey. When I chose a selection to send to my iPhone, Media Monkey has to create a format compaticle with the iPhone (wma?) first. These conversions are created in the same folder as the original. When I use my media server, duplicates show up because I now have the original FLAC files plus the converted files. Is there a way around this? Thanks

Set your temp folder somewhere else (Tools > Options > General). Anyway these files should be deleted once the files are send to the device.

Which version of MediaMonkey?
