I'm running 4.1.20.1864 on a Windows 10 PC. I have a problem in that a device will show up in my active device list that is NOT attached to the computer. The device may have been attached in the past but not now.
I tried to get rid of the device by going to Tools -> Options -> Portable Device Sync and highlighted the device, right clicked but "Remove Device" was grayed out. Why is that?
How can I initialize or clear out my entire device profile database?

Re: Problem Removing Device Profiles
What type of device (which dll) and is it the only entry for it?

Re: Problem Removing Device Profiles
They were both iPhone dlls with different device profile names. Both showed up in MM menu tree on the left but actually only 1 device connected. I could not remove either profile.
That's why I wanted to know how to delete my entire profile database.
