my computer says its not finding my device

I have a Lexar LDP-400 MP3 PLAYER and i been having problems with it ... i decided to download "Media Monkey" hoping it would be easier for me . Anyways when i go to put songs on the MP3 player its saying cannot find device .. yesterday it work that my pc found the device .. now today its saying that my pc cant find one . how do you put songs on MP3 players ? I thought i was doing right ?

please help me

Have you setup the player in Tools - Options - Portable/Audio Devices?

If you havn't you must do it to setup you player. Just use the first option and then configure the device.
