MM doest not sync, it just deletes everything and upld again

Hi all, this is my first post.

I have an Ipod Video 60gb. Every time I want to add a new album to my device, MM deletes everything (about 50gb) and uploads my intire library again.

I can tell because it takes ages on the "removing old content" status and it starts uploading files that I have already uploaded. This SUCKS!! It takes ages to upload 50gB of music and it has to be done every time I want to add songs.

Is there a way to make the synchronization works? Going back to Itunes if there's no way...

Same problem here, with over 15,000 songs this is killing me. My MM is set to auto-sync whenever I plug my iPod into my computer. I've turned off the auto-sync for now, but the "sync" to iPod inside of MM still replaces everything each time instead of just adding the new tracks.

do you have the options

"Force iTunes-style folders (\iPod_Control\Music\F00\, etc.)",
"Trim path and/or filename length to 31" and
"Update database based on all Track changes (takes longer)".

under the "Device configuration" Tab?
