how to import playlist from Android phone back to PC

Lost my playlists, How can i import them back to my PC from my Samsung galaxy s5 phone? if possible? Thanks

im sorry i dont understand, how do enable "Sync Back"??? I went to tools>otions>portable device, but didnt see any sync back. Could you be a little more elaborate in the steps? I can open the directory on my phone go to Folders, find Playlists, on my phone the playlist files are *.pla, and on my phone card the files are*.m3u, and i can get a list to pop up on screen, but when i "Send to:" and hit Playlist nothing gets sent!

It's on the Auto-Sync (--> Library) tab in the Device Profile. Then you sync to have the Playlists synced from the device to the PC.

OK, so once its enabled, then what i click on a Playlist on my device, but there is no good options, No "Send to", i cnt even get them to play, what am i doing wrong?????

Playlists are transfered on next MMW -> MMA sync or by WiFi Sync in MMA
