I have had to send several tickets with unsatisfactory results. For the last one I still have not had an anwer after 48h. What is the experience of other Forum Members on Reply Wait times? Is it usual to wait more than two days to get satisfaction?

Tickets are usually answered in a few days, but that can vary depending on how busy the team is.

Have you logged into the support site? Don't just wait for an e-mail. Sometimes they get caught in the spam filter or never go out at all.
