Hotkeys stop working

I have a Logitech keyboard & mouse and I have hotkeys setup with MMW which work great when working. Periodically they will just quit working regardless of the application I'm in. I have to go in and completely close and restart MM and then they start working again. Any ideas what is going on here?

Which version of MediaMonkey?

I'm using Version 4.1.25.1895

I tried adding the information to my setpoint players.ini file.

What I have noticed is if I push the next song hotkey multiple times in a row it works about 8-10 times and then quits and all media hotkeys quit, keyboard or mouse. I have to restart MM to get them to work again.
