Got a new phone, have been transferring music library to it.
Music has transferred fine. Playlist names have copied, but all are empty.
After a day of going round in circles, just checked the library on my laptop and all the playlists there are now empty. I can only presume that it created empty playlists on my phone, and these have now been copied back to my laptop.
Is there anyway I can restore these? Years of work, wasn't bright enough to make a backup of them

Only if you have a copy of the database or exported the Playlists.
