Skins how to install new?

I've been looking through Support, through the KB, through the Wiki, through the Forums... and I can't find anything describing how to import skins. There's a link in the Options > Skins section to download more, but no information about how to actually APPLY them. I've tried copying the downloaded file to the Skins subdirectory and restarting MM, but they don't show up in the Options > Skins section. This can't be that hard, can it?

Hi,
If double click on downloaded file do not start MMW then use Tools -> Extensions to install plugins and skins. Also it is known that some browsers rename .mmip to .zip which you then need to rename back.
